In order to improve users’ computer security, the university has introduced a new Antivirus software for all users in UTM. Users are encouraged to switch to this new antivirus software because the current service of Sophos antivirus expired 31st December, 2008. (TESTING)

Prior to installation, users are advised to download and understand the guidelines in the file listed, which are Guide to uninstall Sophos and Install Symantec End Protection(SEP), Sophos Antivirus Uninstall Script and SEP Software. Other useful information are Info Symantec and Brief Guide of SEP Installation .
